At RIP-IT, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the perfect equipment for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
